Tai Chi Community Class

太极是中国传统⽂化的重要组成部分,它讲究内外兼修,讲究呼吸配合,注重阴阳平衡,强调刚柔并济,是华⼈传统上强身养⽣的最佳⽅式之⼀。2020年,太极拳成功⼊选联合国教科⽂组织⼈类⾮物质⽂化遗产代表作名录,进⼀步彰显了其作为世界⽂化遗产的价值和意义。通过太极拳的练习,改善参与者的身体柔韧性、协调性、平衡⼒及⼼理状态,缓解现代⽣活压⼒。太极社区课不仅提供强身健体的途径,更是⽂化传承与社会和谐的重要载体。

Taichi is an important part of traditional Chinese culture. It emphasizes harmony between internal and external cultivation, coordinated breathing, the balance of yin and yang, and the integration of softness and strength. It has long been regarded as one of the best ways to strengthen the body and maintain health. In 2020, Taichi was successfully inscribed on UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, further highlighting its global cultural significance and value. Practicing Tai Chi improves flexibility, coordination, balance, and mental well-being, helping to relieve the stress of modern life. This Tai Chi class is not only a way to enhance physical and mental health but also a powerful medium for cultural transmission and social harmony.

为让更多人能够系统、规范地学习传统太极拳,咔咔特别邀请陈式太极拳第十二代传人执教太极社区课程。授课团队师承陈氏太极“四大金刚”之一的朱天才大师,教学内容融合传统功法与现代身心健康理念,注重“松、沉、圆、活”的身法训练。通过深入的讲解与细致的动作指导,帮助学员系统有序地学习太极拳。团队的教学⻛格注重正念呼吸与能量引导,因材施教,确保每位学员都能在轻松的氛围中感受到太极拳带来的身心和谐与内在提升。

To bring the authentic Tai Chi practice to more people, CACA has invited 12th-generation inheritors of Chen-Style Tai Chi as instructors. They have been trained under the Grandmaster Tiancai Zhu, one of the “Four Kings” of Chen-Style Tai Chi. The teaching integrates traditional Tai Chi methods with modern mind-body principles, emphasizing body mechanics characterized by relaxation (松 song), sinking (沉 chen), circularity (圆 yuan), and fluidity (活 huo). Instruction focuses on mindful breathing and energy guidance to help students achieve harmony and tap into natural healing power.
