On February 2nd of 2025, families and friends gathered at the Bellevue Library to celebrate the Lunar New Year.

We began this successful event by reading stories about the Lunar New Year and how it is celebrated.

People then started to gather around the craft tables to make exquisite lanterns and cut paper into intricate shapes

We also prepared spin the wheel and ball throwing for younger audiences.

Others participated in chopsticks practice and making persimmon rings.

There was also many participants gathered around tables making clay snakes and creating beautiful scratch art.
